Before You Start

1) Fully charge your smartwatch.

2) Turn ON Bluetooth on your phone.

3) Allow the 3Plus Pro App to access Bluetooth and notifications.

4) Keep the smartwatch close to your phone (within 3–5 feet).

5) If you previously paired this device, unpair first from the old phone.

How to Pair — 3Plus Pro App

1) Download and open the 3Plus Pro App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2) Sign in or create your 3Plus account.

3) On the home screen, tap “Add Device” or the device icon.

4) Select your watch model from the list.

5) The app will search for your device via Bluetooth.

6) When your watch name appears, tap it to pair.

7) A pairing code may appear on the watch and app — confirm the match.

8) Wait until setup is complete and the watch syncs for the first time.

IMPORTANT

• Always pair using the 3Plus Pro App — NOT directly in phone Bluetooth settings.

• The watch can only be connected to one smartphone at a time.

If Pairing Fails

– Restart Bluetooth (OFF → ON).

– Force close and reopen the 3Plus Pro App.

– Restart the smartwatch.

– If the watch appears in your phone’s Bluetooth list: tap “Forget Device”.

– Move away from other Bluetooth accessories while pairing.

– Try pairing again through the 3Plus Pro App.

Switching Phones or Re-Pairing After Reset

1) On the old phone: Unpair inside 3Plus Pro App if possible.

2) On the new phone: Download the 3Plus Pro App and log in.

3) Add the device using the standard pairing steps above.

4) Perform a manual sync to restore stored data.

Allowing Stable Connection

• Allow the app to run in the background.

• Ensure battery optimization is OFF for the 3Plus Pro App (Android).

• Keep Bluetooth enabled during daily use.

• Stay within Bluetooth range (up to ~30 ft).

After Pairing

• Customize notifications:

App → Notifications → Enable calls, texts and supported apps

• Set goals:

App → Profile → Goals

• Check for firmware update:

App → Device Settings → Firmware Update

Troubleshooting Quick Reference

No pairing popup? → Restart watch + app

Watch not found? → Forget device in Bluetooth settings + retry

Sync not updating? → Keep the app open for a full sync

Notifications not working? → Allow app background access + turn OFF Do Not Disturb
