PAIRING YOUR 3PLUS SMARTWATCH — UNIVERSAL GUIDE - 3Plus GO App
Before You Start
1) Fully charge your smartwatch.
2) Turn ON Bluetooth on your phone.
3) Make sure your phone has internet access.
4) Keep the smartwatch close to the phone (within 3–5 feet).
5) If you previously paired this device, unpair first.
How to Pair Your Device – 3Plus Go App
1) Download and open the 3Plus Go App.
2) Sign in or create a new account.
3) On the main screen, tap “Add Device” or the device icon.
4) Select your device model from the list.
5) The app will search for your watch.
6) Tap your device name when it appears.
7) If a pairing code shows on the watch and phone, confirm the match.
8) Wait for the connection to complete and the watch to sync.
If Pairing Fails
• Restart Bluetooth on your phone (OFF → ON).
• Restart the smartwatch.
• Close and reopen the 3Plus Go App.
• Forget the device in your phone’s Bluetooth list if it shows as paired.
• Try pairing again through the app (not through phone settings).
• Make sure only one phone is trying to connect to the watch.
Important Notes
• Only pair the watch using the 3Plus Go App — not directly through Bluetooth settings.
• Each watch can only be paired with one phone at a time.
• Allow the 3Plus Go App to use Bluetooth and run in the background for best performance.
• If you switch phones, unpair on the old phone before pairing on the new one.
After Pairing
• Customize notifications inside the App under Settings → Notifications.
• Perform a manual sync after initial pairing to fully update data.
